When The Lodge coach is biblically discipling his team members, they are guiding and mentoring them according to biblical principles. His goal is to help the disciple grow spiritually, live according to the teachings of the Bible.

The disciple-maker leads by example, demonstrating Christ-like character, behavior, and attitudes.

Helping the disciple grow in their personal relationship with God through prayer, worship, and disciplines.

Holding the disciple accountable for their actions, attitudes, commitments, and spiritual growth.
